Jamhuriya University of Science and Technology (JUST) is pleased to announce the successful completion of a high-level meeting with the senior leadership of Sharda University, one of India’s prominent academic institutions.

The JUST delegation—led by President Mohamed Ahmed Mohamud, Vice President for Academic Affairs Abdirizak Warsame Abdulle, and Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science Mohamed Abdullahi Ali—was warmly welcomed by Prof. (Dr.) Sibaram Khara, President of Sharda University, and Dr. Ashok Daryani, Head of the International Relations Office, along with other senior officials.

The discussions focused on identifying areas for mutual collaboration, including:

• Student and faculty exchange programs

• Innovation and entrepreneurship

Both institutions expressed a shared interest in formalizing their cooperation through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), laying the groundwork for a long-term academic relationship.

As part of the visit, the JUST delegation was given an exclusive tour of Sharda University’s advanced research centers, including cutting-edge facilities in Artificial Intelligence, innovation labs, and other specialized academic environments.

This meeting marks the beginning of a promising partnership between JUST and Sharda University—further reinforcing JUST’s commitment to global academic excellence and international collaboration.
